  • If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns

We carefully check every order before it leaves us. Because our products are prepared and packed specifically for your purchase, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returns are therefore not accepted for:

  • Colour preference

  • Personal preference or dislike

  • Gift-related reasons

  • Any other reason where the product has been correctly delivered and is in proper condition
